Your Asset Shield was founded in 2025 by Your Asset Shield, a solopreneur-led AI automation company based in Piqua, Ohio. Our founder, Timmy Roth, saw a systemic problem: municipalities had door-to-door solicitation ordinances on the books, but enforcement was manual, reactive, and frustrating for everyone involved.
Residents wanted control over who knocked on their doors. Municipalities wanted to reduce complaints and improve enforcement. Solicitors wanted clear guidance on where they could and couldn't knock. But the technology didn't exist to connect these three groups.
So we built it. The National Do Not Knock Registry launched in Tipp City, Ohio in 2025 as our flagship product. Within six months, 500+ residents registered, compliance rates hit 95%, and complaints dropped 80%.
But we didn't stop there. Your Asset Shield is building a comprehensive Property Protection & Policy Entitlement System with multiple products launching in 2026 and beyond: Do Not Film Registry, Do Not Survey Registry, and more.
